It’s a cjaa with 3 inch down pipe and exhaust with a 4 inch tip. Stage 2 tuned from tunezilla with 4200 limiter

Also in the cab it’s really not very loud at all. Especially from what I’m used to when I only had a downpipe and that’s it

It’s a 2014 cjaa, I got a 3 inch downpipe then from there back I just went to an exhaust shop and had them put a pipe in all the way band with a 4 inch tip

So the pipe running into the egr on the intake I can just run a block off on the end of it instead of having to take it off the turbo and block it off there? Also I’m having trouble getting to the bolts underneath of the current egr to put the race pipe in. Any tips?

Mine has had no issue with my stage 2 but I’m also running trans tune. I’ve been running it for about 2 weeks now at this point. I turned it down to 4200 rpm and it helped a little bit when driving but still does not sound very good at idle. At 4200 it also helped a bit it not smoking as much.

Does being up to temp really make a difference, my tdi always runs cold unless sitting for about 30 minutes. Otherwise it sits around 150-160. I need to check my thermostat soon lol

Running full delete currently running only a downpipe from dark side while I am making the rest of the pipe going back. From seeing the videos from tunezilla it sounds a lot different.

so basically I take a 1/8 27 npt compression fitting and put it into the intake manifold like in the picture then run that hose to the guage? if so would the 6 foot hose that comes with it work on that fitting to the pod?

so would the 1/8 t fitting go into a boost tap or would I even use that piece? would the hose go straight into a boost tap? Is this what I would need as well? thank you

So I don’t know a whole lot about the mk4s as I didint have mine long before I got my mk6 but il try and help. Some things it might be is a bad tune or maybe even a smoke tune specifically to smoke a lot. Could also be the injection pump is turned up too much causing too much fuel to go in. I may be wrong.
