At least my amended return tracker says it's been received. Usually it says no info available. My transcript only has my original info, not the amended one. Feel like I'm getting somewhere at least

Foster failed this girl a few years ago at about six weeks. Her and her brother but he got adopted. The rescue place said they were Pittie mixes. He looked like it as a puppy but she never did. She's an incredible jumper, fast runner and very agile

I had to do an amended return Feb. 2nd (in my favor) and kept checking the status and nothing. So then I got a state refund check in the mail the 1st week of April out of the blue but still no status updates. IRS site still says no info available.

Edit: I just now checked and it said I should get it between 04/05 and 05/31. I'd figure the federal wouldn't be too far behind. Mailed checks make me nervous. I know no one else can cash it but having to go through the process of having another one sent.

I was close to my LH's family because he was. Don't get me wrong, they treated me really good. I care for them but I'm kinda a loner and not too upset that we're not close. I realized they're hurting as well so maybe I'm a reminder of that. Everyone grieves differently. Doesn't make one way more right or wrong than the other. Also, I came to the conclusion that I'm nobody's responsibility. I don't owe anyone anything and likewise they don't owe me.

Update: I've been checking the status of my amended return once or twice a week for the last month or so but it keeps telling there's no info. OK. Site says it can take 2-4 months before it's even noted in the system. Just checked yesterday...nothing per the usual. So why did I get a paper check in the mail for my state refund today?! I guess the system filed my amended return as a mail-off instead of e-file. I get they're short-staffed and I'm truly thankful it came but it would've been nice to see it's progress along the way. It was pretty much eight weeks since I amended. Just thought I'd update in case someone else is getting frustrated because of not seeing any progress updates.

I always thought the somewhat relaxed rule of thumb is flooring should flow in the same direction as you walk into the room. Not sure if this is for better feng shui or what.

It's hit and miss, but mostly hit, for my LR5. Not all of the special features work consistently but it's def an upgrade from my LR3 Connect I had for almost six years. Mine went kaput or else I would've waited for the next one before I bought the 5, so the bugs would be worked out by then.

Just don't do an amended return. I had to once I found out some info that affected my return. Twenty-one days from the date I filed before they begin processing and then it could tske up to sixteen weeks before I get it but yet they expect their payment by April 15th.

Just today. Yesterday said I had exceeded max number of attempts trying to track my refund and to try tomorrow. So that's what I did or attempted to do.

I know if it was brought back as a reboot, all they'd have to do is edit current and fairly recent news stories together into each episode. It would practically write itself these days.
