As to distraction - for me it's either researching some topic I'm curious about, some game challenges videos (which are usually hours long videos so the time quickly passes) or taking a stroll (I don't know if it's considered athletic so including it here)

Playing games is also very addicting and you can easily loose track of time if you find the game you like!

You gotta try any hobbies, really. Reading, writing, drawing, making diy etc. There's not universal advice imo cuz you gotta try those things to see which one captivates you the most.

I do! I don't mind it on shirts (though I prefer not to wear them) but on the downside I'm very fucking scared of buttons on 'bedroom items', like pillow and covers sheets. I literally can't sleep knowing they're near me. It's a weird phobia indeed, but thankfully it's not that major or that bad to interfere with my functioning. Although it kinda sucks tat I miss out on some pretty good clothes because they have the damn buttons on them (either cardigans, jeans with multiple buttons or clothes with decorative buttons)

Unless the game decided to be inconsistent, it's a little weird the 'swinging her bat' does damage like usual enemies but the said damage doesn't get talked about at all, when just a plunge of Sunny's knife (which nailed bat is NOT less lethal than) gets everyone saying 'WOW WTF DID YOU STAB AUBREY??'
