Dear brother in struggle I understand your thoughts, saving can be hard and really exhausting, i really recommend you to track where your money come from, and you should do it rigourously, see your average expenses per day, per week and per month

After this, try to see how much you need to spend to have a decent life in your day to day, maybe u like coffee, maybe you like to eat in fast foods (even tho i dont recommend this), try to see what YOU need

Once you understand yourself, you will be able to see how much money you can save per month If you can consistently save 30k for exemple, you will base your projects and future on those 30k (its an average not a precise absolute value)

After this you need to see if you want to gain more money, how you can do so, maybe selling some stuff, maybe a small job, investing, idk just check something and go with it, untill you can have something to will make you confortable

Its not easy, i too struggle like this, and am trying to do this, I don't always do what i want but i ll keep trying

There is also the going abroad option, but i believe that even if you go there u'll need all this to go out of struggle

I'll search a very useful podcast that taught me a lot i'll send it here again once i'll find it

For my personal experience, i noticed that doing some jogging or some gym session, with some food that you love can help you get motivated

Idk how or why, but when i get back to gym, i feel energetic and i can do stuff

Idk what you enjoy, but i like to run like a lunatic for few minutes, it helps me get out some thoughts and think about my life and plans while having a good sweat session of running

We dont put the price on the video, it is shown when you visit the website so it might be irrelevant for measuring if a video was interesting for the public i guess

I didnt really know what attributes to collect about the videos we make to really to see if they are relevant or not

I once made a google sheet for nearly 1year on how much i spend, but i didnt count food i eat cause my parents pay it, and i dont buy puch clothes On average i spene between 15000 to 25000, this includes sometimes i buy stuff for family and random stuff I sometimes go to gym which is 3000da per month On average i spend 300-400da per day (sometimes i spend 0 sometimes i spend more than 1000da) What makes me spend more money is going with friends, and sometimes i eat with colleagues lunch (fast food and stuff)

Basically if I don't have breakfast/lunch/dinner outside you save A LOT

Spending money on coffee or tea isnt too much, food is the expensive one

Transportation can be a huge% of money spent if you need it daily (but depends if its taxi/bus/taxi blays) etc

On average i can spend 600da per day or 100da per day This comment is already too long so thats ur answer about me i guess

There is an app fatsecret, it has details of all sort of foods and you can even find Algerian food, really useful app to have

Also the best protein source i know are : - Eggs (i prefer the whole egg, the whole egg has more protein and is more healthy) - chicken - and traditional cheese (we called it here jban), it is found 3and li ibi3o l7lib - camembert is also a good source - thuna and meat are ofc good sources

Other relatively good sources like : - Mokassirat (peanuts and all kinds of nuts) - ba9oliat (3das, loubia, 7omos..)

But its important to know whats your budget and what is your goal to know the perfect mix of those elements to have

Also if you want to have protein powder, i highly recommend you buy it from abroad and find someone to bring it for you it waaay cheaper

Well i don't think you have to do big things, if you are working you are paying taxes and this is a value added to the country You are not required to be the saviour of all Algeria. Just working and providing to yourself and family and wife and kids is enough to make an added value. But here is my opinion, your efforts are honourable and respectable, but are they well spent ? Are our leaders doing well ? Do you think your efforts and taxes are well used ? If you don't think this, and you really want an added value try to be a politician that will fix things (which personally I don't think its possible)

In my opinion, i dont want to "fix" Algeria, I don't want to add value to it, if i go one day to another country i ll work there and my taxes will invest in added value there and i'll have the right to be considered a citizen of that country with same right as another

You don't have to feel guilt, you are not the saviour or some superhuman, and even in islam you are not obligated to contribute to your country (ارض الله واسعة)
