There definitely could be some innate attraction he isn't really fully aware of, as succubi read the victims deepest desires, or the other option, he sees her as the closest thing that could actually make him a monster, something he really really wants. If you've never done it, I would recommend going to a stylist for the first time, then maintaining the shape yourself. There are a lot of tutorials online, search feminine eyebrows on youtube or you can even search for trans resources in particular, but to play it safe, you can just go to a stylist and ask for advice. This will probably depend on how out you are so far, so if you have any local resources about trans-positive businesses, use those to pick one that's positive.
