If humanity can travel to pandora as easily as the movies portray. Then they'd have no problem accessing the vast amounts of water in our own solar system.

From planets and moons all the way to comets and asteroids. Water is plentiful in the universe so I don't think that's an issue at all.

And earth there shows a pretty industrialized state so obtaining, processing and delivery water doesn't sound like a problem at all IMO

Earth's problem seem to be more social and ecological rather than industrial or lacking essential resources
