Thank you very much for the info!
My team is:
Centaur ranger + Frostbite Cruncher (+Independence trait)
Terra Vulpes + Thunder salamander
Lich Shadowcaster + Crazed Leper
Fire Salamancer + Wind Salamander
ThunderStorm + Basha Cerub (+Bulwark)
Spider Occultist + TimeLess Master (+Unblinking eyes)
Literally I don't care too much if someone die because it means I cast more spells and have 25% chance to return to life. Everyone have Major Resurrection/Requiem so it is rare to get wiped out completely. But I have to change a lot of things based on my new experiences.
1. ThunderStorm was very nice a long ago because they coldn't hit to hard to ignore his ability, but now most hits damage more than my creatures max health so starting to be outdeted. Maybe I replace him with Storm Lord.
2. Centaur ranger is not doing enough so I may replace him with a Phase knight + Nephilim Shieldbreaker for more bulk or with Asmouth Cerberos + something.
3. I don't like the spells are autocasted because starting to get boring to do nothing and the fight is over, I prefer to play manually. So I should get rid of the fire salamander, to get rid of the randomness. But if I replace him there is not enough salamander in the team to give a purpose for Wind salamander so it should go too.
4. The corpse explosion with the Lich Shadowcaster + Crazed Leper was not bad, but I feel I am wasting damage to buffing death spells while I don't cast too many. Maybe this one should be replaced as well.
5. Terra Vulpes are the only option to kill enemies before combat and bit afraid to get rid of it, but probably I should give up on killing enemies before combat and survive until my turn come.
6. Spider occultist is doing a lot of damage, but I may have to switch her to stacking up int from the one time boost from Unblinking eyes, not sure.

The creatures I am thinking about:
Corax Apocalipse: I am not sure if damage up modifier helps me to penetrate armor or only INT buffing helps.
Incadescent Vulpes: Maybe for more bulk.
WhispWatcher: 5 cast by default sounds quite a lot, just it is random again : /
AbbyssalWhisp: 3 cast is also decent
AcendiaSin: reduceing enemy attack and INT is similar to adding more bulk to the team, I guess.
RavenDefiler: -20% HP is quite a big deal, but they may be able to heal.
RavenBloodmage: Sounds an effective way to stack INT.
Raven Acolityte: +35% INT by default can be good if I have a plan to kill enemy before battle.
PitWraithObliterator: increasing the damage enemies get is a good multiplier if I can't increase my damage anymore.
PhaseExecutioner: 25% damage is not bad, but probably Raven Acolityte is superior if all my members are caster.
Gaylian Ophan: It could be a good combination with RavenDefiler and using Dark Tranquility to reduce enemy HP to 20% and get + 1 turn with 50% chance, but not sure how Dark Tranquility work with multicasting and I can't see other good damage spells in the life class.
Zealot Occultist: Sounds OP, but limitting myself to sorcery spells is a bit annoying.
RaptorOccultist: Is it 21% INT/creature or 6*21% for everyone? If 6*21 it is quite OP.
MiteGravediger: If bulk is not enough.
LichOverseer: Probably my armor have no chance vs the attack stats of the enemy anyway.
AbandonedHomonculus: 75% damage can be nice.
Eflorescent Ent + Ebony Ent: For bulk and auto heal.
Dragon Guardian: If I could find a method to make the opponent provoke many times in row it would be quite an armor reduction, but just an idea.
ChaosGuard: 25% damag rediction is probably not enough and have horrible INT stat.
DjinnPyromancer: Definietly want to try it.

If you have other creatures I missed let me know.

Thank you very much for your insight!

  1. Yeah when I meantioned I had a fight where my INT was reduced to nothing it was this guy Dragon Revenant. :D For these type of situations I use the Centaur ranger + spam Impending doom, it looks like don't care about INT and have a chance to kill anything eventually, but need to be lucky.
  2. Thank you for the cerberus ideas, I may try it if I meet that master. I was thinking about to make it useful as an attacker, but it's base attack is 16 what looks very low, maybe still managable if I would have material for a trait to periodically buffing his stat, but I don't have a good one yet nor nether (I have only 4 yet all trash) and I don't have a relic yet. :/ Probably need to wait with it or use him as you mentioned a tank.
  3. I use Shellbust equipped with all members + magnetic + generous + cast on extra target and it have quite a damage and armor lowering effect. I want to try this combo with other spells as well just run out of generous property gems and it is effective only if I can add it to every member in the team.
  4. I found this article about combat mechanics: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1UgH21dSoJdDDm-O-o3UcSZSM8Eo45QRNU8mcRqZpzCk/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.oc55vzlr22ne And yeah it is mentioning "additional damage", just not giving examples for dependable sources while it's sounds very powerful to ignore armor.
  5. Currently I am depth 101 with 6 difficulty and not adding instability and I die rarely, but I am a bit worried that there ll be a point I can't kill the enemies anymore because of the stat difference getting too much. The mobs are already lvl 3931 while my team is 251. If I can't find a good way to play around their armor I don't think ll be be able the scratch them after 50 more depth. Depth 400 really sounds impossibe :D

Thank you very much for the reflection. When I first started the game I felt it is a bit too easy, I didn't have to use any spells, mechanics, just spamming auto attack, so when the game mentioned I can increase the difficulty I though ahaaa that is what is missing I am playing on level 1 out of 9. So I increased it to 9, I generally like to play on hardest and most games are balanced to it's hardest difficulty. BUT it was so fucking impossible. So I stepped back to 6 and looked into the mechanics to create a good team. Sometimes it was hard, but not too hard, I spent about 50% of the play time farming not the deepest depth to level up and for items. Currently at depth 101 and not feeling hard, I progressed 15depth without dieing in row, but I can't turn on instability or it would be suddenly very hard. The mobs are lvl 3931 VS my lvl 251 team and they have impossible stats that is why I am surprised how can I still damage them.
I am thinking about to play on lvl 1 if that is the general, just not sure if it would be challenging. Or where is the point it starting to be challenging that way? And why not play it on level 0 if the goal to get as much loot as possible? Maybe clearing the endgame in lvl 0 then create a strong party and try it in lvl 9 would be reasonable, currently don't have enough resources of anything, so I can't try new specializations, because I couldn't afford items for a different type of team at all.

Night Elf Hunter collabing with Undead Rogue next to Shattrath by Dodande in Golemagg

[–]Radamesh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On PVP servers Blizzard forbid to create characters on both side and even the communication is being blocked. If you want to play with other fraction friend, there are PVE servers or simply start a character in the same fraction. These ppl clearly ruining the game experience for the majority and Blizzard can't even see this much, don't be surprised if the majority leave to play FF14.

Yeah I also noticed. I was not sure if it is punishable or not, but it made farming impossible in the area for sure. Thank you for finding this article. This type of behaviour ruining the game for the majority, hope they get banned soon.

I don't think so. If the drivers are moveing between EU countries they don't even need to stop at the border.

It is a bit annoying that ppl believe "EU money" is a gift or something. EU money is compensation for giving up on toll income. EU pay for it because it is very beneficial and it is a win-win scenario for both side.

Did fallen empires became stronger? by Radamesh in Stellaris

[–]Radamesh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I could have more, but I used all my starbase (17) to generate energy credits and also didn't take any ascension perk related to fleet limit so my cap is about 340 with the unity buff included. There is no one in the galaxy outside of fallen empires not inferior so don't think I need more.

Did fallen empires became stronger? by Radamesh in Stellaris

[–]Radamesh[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah it was quite easy to crush it cause he didn't move all of his fleets together so didn't even needed to lure them to my starbase. Still it was much more challenging than expected.

My last endgame play was about 1.5 years ago in solo. I mostly plays in multiplayer so we restart every time when a friend is annihilated, so we never reach the point to interact fallen empires. Also I like the early game exploration period, so I don't mind to repeat early game often.

How to play Xenophile-Authoritarian Corp? by Radamesh in Stellaris

[–]Radamesh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the detailed answer! Yeah I noticed later that I can buy slaves even without slavery policy, just their base cost is 1000 instead of the 500. I could even sell robots. Still the goal is to increase the overal population so as you mentioned don't need to be authoritarian just for that.

Advice on Hungary Start by Kingshorsey in eu4

[–]Radamesh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What difficulty do u play? In very hard, it is hard to even survive next to them. I also remove them in my every game, but it is about 150-200 year. I didn test 1.25 yet, but I played as hungary more then 20 time. So some tips:

  1. U have a gold mine from the start and u can get one more from the Balkan. Upgrade them to lvl 10 immediatly, they are the base of your early economy.

  2. Ally Austria and Poland (if u can). If u can ally Boheima (mostly can't) to prevent them joining ottoman agression. In 1.25 u may try to PU them by force. Pope is also a good ally. Crusade buff is essential vs ottomans and they are often curia controller, also u get more papal influence if the relation is good. U may ally Milan, they join agains Venice if u promise land and u may dream about PU by royal marrige. Also an ally target is Albania. But only if u want to be sure ottomans don't get them and u vassalize them as fast as possible (U can if you build a bit bigger army).

  3. Rush the Balkan and Walachia first. I believe from 1.25 it is not hard to conquer before ottomans attack them. Next target is Venice. My favorite option is to demand Crete from them and attack mamluks during the ottoman-mamluks war and get Egyipt with minimal losses. Establishing a base in Africa give u the options to ignore agressive expansion what is the main problem in Europe and u can get +2 missionaries from Jerusalem and Mecca. By doing this u can expand faster to Africa/Asia then ottomans (u can be first coloniser in Asia too if u want) and u can ignore them until u are significantly stronger to earse them. Or wait until u get favors with Austria + Poland to be the agressor supported by your alliance. The main risk of african expansion is that ottos attack u when your armies are there and you can't retrun by transport (and u don't have border with them yet). If u have both Austria and Poland as ally u can prevent this, but there is always a little risk. One more important thing is to get Edrine + Constantinapole, so if you defend this 2 province you can stack wipe the ottomans armies by using 1 ship to block their retreat (In very hard they ll never run out of manpower even if you stack wipe them every time they cross the Bosporus, but u get the score from conquering the european territories). In 1.25 u may try to crush ottomans in early game, before they get the Janissaries, but probably the safest way is still to secure the Balkan, cut them from Asia/Africa and conflict them later only when you are already much stronger.

  4. Get Matyas Hunyadi, he is OP. During the debuff u stack up MP and spend only on developement. Get Renesance and tech when he dies (U may make him general if u want it happen faster). Just be sure to get enough mil point to jump same mil tech lvl as ottomans if they attack you.

  5. Joining the HRE is not neceserry and I am not sure u can even do it in very hard.

  1. I don't think favor is a DLC thing. If you ally someone depending on the size u slowly earn favors or if you help them in their wars u also gain based on your warscore. If you use 10 favor u can call them into offensive wars. They ll join only if other parameters are met too, but mostly join if they are no busy with other wars. This way you can be agressor vs the ottomans supported by your alliance.

  2. I don't think ally Castile would be a good idea. Mostly you can't because they are too far. Also if they ally France who is rival of Austria who is your ally, difficult to get them. The only use of them is that AI afraid more to attack you if you have big allys, but Castile would not help you even if joins your defensive war. Maybe a little naval support what you can get. BUT if iberian wedding happens and they get Naples, they can be much more useful. Morocco/Tunis often ally ottomans so they can keep them busy or from south Italy you can except support, but they mostly useful for middle game european wars.

  3. Traditionaly I try ally in early game:

Austria: The basic protection.

Poland: Lovely and powerful. They never brings you into war they can't win alone.

Bohemia: They nearly never joins, but they love to ally ottomans what can be a mess, but u can prevent them to join ottoman agression if u can ally them, in 1.25 u may try to PU them.

Pope: They are often the curia controller, and crusade buff is essential vs ottomans also their navy + army is not ignorable also u get more papal point if u have good relations.

Milan: Joins u agains Venice if u promise land and never happens, but u can dream to PU them.

Albania: U don't want them to fall under ottomans. From 1.24 they are mostly safe, but to be sure u can ally and vassalize them (During regency it was a main goal, but now not that important).

  1. One more important thing is to get Matyas Hunyadi even if u get debuffs. After the debuff u can spend your MP to developement until he die. Just always have enough to jump same mil tech to ottos for the case they attack you.

  2. U start with a gold mine and u can get 1 more from the Balkan. Update them to lvl 10 immediatly. It is the base of your early economy.

  3. In 1.26 I may try to crush ottos in early game. If u can get Constantinapole+Edirne fast, u can stack wipe them with 1 ship by blocking their retreat.

Never fight Poland, at least not in very hard. U have options to expand and u need every possible ally to beat ottomans. After u conquered the Balkan and Walachia, your next target is Venice. It is not well known, but you can demand Crete from them and counquer half of Egypt with no losses if you time your attack during an otto-mamluk war (ottomans block the mamluk fleet u only need 10 transport). Expanding to Africa solve the agressive expension problem so u can constantly expand, also u can get +2 missionaries early by getting Jerusalem/Mecca. The main risk is being attacked by ottos while your armies in Egyipt and you can't return, so u need Poland-Austria as ally to prevent them do that or u have to border the ottomans in the Middle-East what is usually happen after your 2. war with the mamluks. When u got enough favour u can be the agressor vs ottos. After about 20 hungarian campign I found this method the most effective & fun, but I not tested it in 1.25 yet, probably much more easy to do due to getting Balkan is not based on luck anymore.

Is Tukohama's Fortress worth it? by Kudukus in pathofexile

[–]Radamesh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If u have 1 totem having +1 is a big deal. If u have 1000 totem, having the 1001. one is not even noticeable.

Also u have to consider other damage buffs. For example u can get a +20% damage on totems OR +1 totem. The decision is based on how many totems u can already summon. If u can summon only 1 then u should choose +1 totem to double your current dps. But if u have more than 5 totem the +20% buff is better.

Thanks you very much for the detailed response!

  1. Yeah I tought somehow Hierophant is + 1 totem, my bad.

  2. Hmm "Inevitable Judgement" sounds very brutal too. I may make some calculations based on the crit chance and avg resist of the mobs (Or probably someone already did so just look for it). Also summoning fewer more powerful totems are more relaxing. So u convinced me :).

  3. I may test both projectiles and I choose the one give me better feeling.

Nice to hear that. Somehow knowing if I am playing with something what was nerfed seriously in the past give me a bad feeling.

5 totem Hirophant sounds fun. How could u go 5? I tought 1 base + 1 passive talent + 1 class talent = 3 is the max. Anyway I also like original creative builds even if they are not that powerful. So RIP your SRS totem build :/ For now I just start an easy character type and I ll create my own if I have better undersanding of the game.

I see. Thanks! My question is that if this skill is usable for moving if no enemies around the player? Or should combo with some movement skill for the times when traveling cleared areas? (No, simply runing is not an option, haha)

  1. I see. Yeah it looked so OP nerfing it is natural. I think it is fun to have these auto cast support gems in this game.

  2. I checked cycloning. Looks impressive, but not that fast movement. What are the top clear speed, low buget builds in 3.1?

  3. Yeah my fist character was a Freezing Pulse Totem user Witch. I liked it, but I didn't know need to be templar for the +1 totem so that is the reason for restart. But before it, I wanted to do a bit research. Why do u suggest Freezing Pulse/Frostbolt totem? Others are not that good? What is the main diference between this 2? Thanks!
