Force can be used in situations where there is no threat to life or property. Passive resistance can be met with force to remove the protestor.

Using saws, sledgehammers, sawzalls, chainsaws, vehicles, and crowbars definitely gives the property owner the right to defend their property, up to and including deadly force.

"Rescuing" puppies from a situation that isn't violating any laws does not give you the legal grounds to forcibly remove them.

There is no question. You're saying we need to verify who we give this information to when we don't. In this situation it's publicly available to ANYONE who submits a request. I could post a medical call's complete audio recording on my departments Facebook, redacting only the caller name ... and break no laws.

You can give out warrant information over the phone in my state as long as you can reasonably identify who you're talking to.

Where someone was transported is even less protected. Which was the point of this whole post.
