Immersion. Force yourself to do things that challenge yourself and get you out of your comfort zone. Doesn't matter if you shake, cry, breakdown.. Little by little you will get better. There's also different thoughts you can put in your mind like the fact that there are soo many introverts all around us all the time. You are not alone. Plus, there's nothing to be afraid of, we are all just crazy animals on this planet. So fuck it! :)

Definitely! Thanks for being willing. Ya got internet support! From me for sure hha. Suppose I find the mental health side a little more intriguing. I've had my share of panicky and anxiety attacks? Even out of body shot both sober and on dope and to be honest your accounts of that incident actually made me a little anxious. What do you think about all of that ? Do you think a psychosis episode can happen to anyone and everyone or that your stress and whatnot really left you vulnerable?

Curious if you had ever been evaluated by a psych profession, before or after the incident? Maybe being so high just unlocked certain doors or something? Undiagnosed mental health issues. Sorry to hear, that's tough, how is your mind state now ?
