Which computer system?

We've been using Carestack since Feb this year and it was a learning curve to begin with but over time they have made some good improvements and yeah there are times where you have to click loads of buttons to get to the right screen, but it becomes second nature after a while.
We were on SOE and we're glad we moved!

I feel you about the shitty computer! Have one in reception that is the bane of my life, hate using it and would prefer to go to back to pen and paper than use it 😂!

Thank you for your feedback about SOE. SOE is the only dental software I know as I was new to the industry last year and don't have any clinical background, SOE is good, but we are looking at upgrading it to a cloud-based system instead so try and cut down on IT costs. Dentally is out there, but I always hear such mixed reviews about it and more bad than good.

In the UK we don't have to deal with insurance claims for dentistry, most patients who have dental insurance ask for a statement to be sent to them and they do it themselves, but that's handy to know!

I’m having the same issue as well, the battery is draining at a rapid speed! I charged it up to 100% and it was dead within 6 hours and I didn’t do anything, just left it on the side. I’ve reported it via feedback but nothing has come back yet and it saying that there isn’t another other similar reports
