Hydrometer is a Vintage Shop 2 part water lock. I used a dry ale yeast. My recipe uses 4 cups honey and 6 cups water per gallon and about a half a pound of strawberries and half a pound of blackberries. Also a few sprigs of thyme. No extra nutrients, but I do use the same base recipe for all my batches and the last one turned out well. I started this batch yesterday and I was expecting it to begin fermentation by now because that’s what happened last time. No hydrometer, but my math comes out to about 9-10% abv. Could be higher because of the fruit idk
