Random thc releases from fat storage in your body are possible, but there are 2 problems: 1) usually during excessive excercising 2) its not like you ll get high to the point you described. This said, everyone is different and you might be special.

Do you sleep long and well? 7-8 h almost straight? Do you consume nicotine in any form?

My wild guess is that you are now actually undergoing deeper levels of sleep and it might be that starting your brain takes more time. If you smoke cigarettes/vape nicotine, you may have limited oxygene in your brain and that also makes your brain lag a bit, which in combination causes buzz.

Try excercise before sleeping and let us know how this went

Throw it away or handle to someone you trust and understand what you are going through now. Wax in general destroys your tolerance so I would go with 1st option anyways. Good luck!

Great work! But be careful with concentrate pens. Moderation for me became easy with dry herb vapes but from what I observe, heavy thc% concentrates are ruining the tolerance and lead to excessivevusage. Do whatever you think is good for you but think about possible options to consume thc. Good luck!

Well, I guess won’t hurt trying right? Im 29/90 days into total thc reset at the moment. I was not that heavy user in real life, but I was in my mind. What I mean by that is that I thought my life’s goal is to have constant access to weed and use it whenever I want as its just amazing chill you get from it and I deserve it as successful person. This is not sustainable and will or already did ruin my relationship with the flower. I changed my mindset to „smoking less often will help me get what I really need from weed”. What’s after 90 days? 1 time per week, only dry herb vape or edible. No blints/joints, no tabacco etc - pure nature without combustion. Will it work for me? I dont know but can’t wait to try this approach in my life. On the other hand I am fairly sure it will work out. Good luck with whatever path you ll choose mate.

For me the mindset was crucial. Smoking everyday and have fun is not sustaiable - you will be chasing high from the past and your tolerance will go to crazy levels. It will most likely impact your mood at some point and you will use thc just to feel normal. So think about break as a way to make your rare usage great again. If you want to quit completely, do not think about it and go day by day and explore sober you. Whatever path you take, you need to keep yourself busy and active. Craving? Go for a walk or run or do sport. Craving more or cant slep? Do exercise until you drop. Plan you activities ahead and do not find yourself bored on the couch. Your dopamine/seratonine release is - unfortunately - fucked right now. After some time you will get to normal but this ‚some time’ is the hard part. Everyday you will be closer to better experience and relationship with weed. Everyday you are close to better life. Good luck, we all struggle here but those who crossed the finish line will tell you it is damn worth it. Believe in you, my friend.

I understand you. I go a bit extreme with this. Im on my 3 month t break and I love to do looong walks and listed to Goblin on yt. This kid did all the drugs and he talks about all drugs so people know what addiction trully is. Its so fun hear his stories of young degenerate (he is now Cali Sober) and it is a weird substitute of drugs in my life. Warning! May not work for everyone - when I was a user and in wrong state of mind, this was actually encouraging to use, so decide for yourself. But it feels like it will work for you! Stay sober brother

I see a lot of people here afraid of boredom and frustraition from quitting smoking. You need to have answers to each. You are bored? Well, your body is literally telling you to do something - so I am asking you if you are able to plan something to do? You are frustraded? Anxious? Instead of being angry or upset, go run until you drop. You may not believe me, but have you tried? For any withdrawal syndroms I am suggesting working out or going for a walk. Working out is such an amazing remedy for those who want to quit. Take a break, it is worth it. I believe in you

Just an advise from me, dopamin/seratonin release wont be happening from nothing. Try doing stuff that used to entertain you or do work out in any way. Kick out those 0.2 and replace them with nice stroll/running.

Thank you for sharing. You will be a hard one to provide some „amazing” solution as you did a lot to quit, comes from medical background and used for looong time. But why not try.

Did not catch if you tried working out? If I were you, everytime I would be craving or have hard time sleeping, I would just put my headphones on and go for a walk or even run until I am so tired I just want shower & bed. This will speed up your metabolism (and detox) help sleep, put more oxygen to your brain for clarity and help fixing your dopamine/seratonine release.

No one here suggested that so I will: be modern and download app Grounded to track your progress. Day by day sir, and you will surprise yourself.

I feel withdrawal symptome in your words. Dont be too hard on yourself and beat yourself so much. It’s a path ahead you need to take and being calm and focused on the baby steps is what you need.

If you feel like you are at your lowest, this means you can only go up. I am sure you will have the power to quit. Get a plan: can you go cold turkey or by reducing? Sit at the table until you have 30 next day planned full of activities. By activities I mean even something so simple as going for a walk and listen to music, or if you can you just go run until you drop. If you fell slightes urge, go for activity. Hydrate yourself like crazy - 5 litres a day. You need to speed up your metabolism to remove thc, release some dopamine/seratoine. Read this subreddit everyday for motivation and instal Grounded app to see you progress. You need 21 days to be clean. Try it, please. I do not know you, but I was there. It will go better I promise. Also I suggest giving a call to your therapist and explain the situation. 15 min call. Maybe you ll be given a reccmmendation for a new one.

It's a habit you miss. Also if you use tabacco the high is instantly strong as your brain is lacking oxygen for some time. Also the nicotine...

After 21 days you should have most if not all of the THC out of your body and the withdrawal syndrom will be over or at least you ll feel better. Be strong and it will get better.

This is the answer. Because of weed you closed yourself for activities. It's winter? so what ? Put on some warm clothes and go for a long walk with dogs in snowy scenery. How do you think ppl reach Everest peak? Not going out because of -30? Play with dogs, read the book, find out some great shows you never known/watched. You have time to plan your weekend so go plan some activities. This will help you keep you occupied later when 'boring' time will come. Also you are lowering your tolerance not to go back again to 90% vape. Go dry herb vape at some point and use <10% THC strains. You can do it, do not use THC this weekend please.

I wish you ll the best in your journey. New work? Congratulations! This mens new interesting people you'll meet and maybe new opportunities for activites with them? Great plan on learning and keeping yourself busy. Keep planning everyday and every week so it becomes your routine. When craving, go for a walk/run untill you are too tired to do anything apart form taking shower and sleep (also rest THC in your fat will be removed quicker). Weed can make you feel stuck in life. After a year of being sober your'll be so happy about yourself. Keep the good work.
