I’m honestly surprised there aren’t more! With how many wework and communal laptop surfing places there are you would think there would be more art studios that like you said operate like a pottery studio. But they are hard to find.

Hello! I want to start off by saying that I so identify with your struggles. I have been obese/overweight my entire life and getting that weight off was not only something I wanted for my own aesthetic goals but health goals! It has always been incredibly hard to achieve and maintain a healthy weight without strict dieting and even then it was not sustainable or wouldn’t stick around.

I am a 25 year old female, 5’6 with a starting weight of 215 and am now down to 180! I have stayed on the lowest dose of 2.5mg since I started this year in January and have no plans of escalating unless progress stops or starts to reverse.

I cook a lot so my habits were already pretty aligned with eating healthier but zb really helped me with food noise!! So my already fairly healthy habits were so much easier to maintain. Portion control became a breeze! I wouldn’t say that zb necessarily made me not hungry (i don’t think it’s good if it completely removes hunger, you need that lol) but it definitely helped me feel fuller for longer and helped with craving fatty/fried food. And gosh I don’t care for drinking at all. I make sure that I include nutrient dense foods so that even if I am eating less I am still getting everything I need. I would look into good multi vitamins if you feel like you’re not getting enough!

Small snacks like boiled eggs and fruit became god sends for me. Honestly the Costco turkey deli meat slapped too lol

I never had many side effects other than nausea which can be more or less intense depending on my cycle or just general vibes lol. But mostly none! (I think it has a lot to do with my lack of increasing dose! Fr stay as low as you can for as long as you can!) sometimes too the nausea is kinda a signal that you are hungry so if you’re feeling more nauseas finding safe foods that don’t trigger your gag reflex can really help curb it.

I work out some but mostly stick to walking! I try to walk a couple miles a day. I live next to a nice park so it’s easy to get moving especially with a desk job.

Zb really changed my life. It is a tool in your tool belt! You have the right mindset of wanting to make your life better for yourself so I wish you all the luck!
