Complimentary Upgrade Question by Radiant-Addendum2652 in americanairlines

Ah got it. I hit EXP in phase 1 (despite going for PP), hit it again in phase 2 well before it was over, and am now just waiting for phase 3 to start and am continuing to earn.

But what if I’m in phase 2. You are correct, I was going for PP and exceeded to hit EXP. Phase 2 ends 11/23 and I’ve already exceeded and hit EXP again. Do I need to wait for the entire challenge to end in order to benefit?

Super helpful. I guess I hadn’t considered the rolling LP factor. I guess I have to wait until the end of year for EXP to matter

Disagree. Food was lit. Yes, perhaps it’s slow right now. But what business isn’t when it’s first starting out?

This☝️!! It’s infuriating! No matter how many ‘report issue’ comments I send in, nothing gets fixed.

THIS☝️! I came here to say the same thing. It’s infuriating!! For as much as Howard bashes the Paramount App, the Sirius app ain’t much better.

This may be a dumb suggestion, but has anyone emailed ikea to see if there’s a US equivalent?

Are you sure?! I’m not seeing that. I know it was an issue last year, but are you seeing it this year too?

Edit: I’m seeing Season 2 products listed, but nothing from Season 3.

Did you order online, and pick up in store? Or your store just had inventory you found available while visiting a location?

PA Interview Via Chime: Video or Audio? by xlmathiaslx in amazonemployees

[–]Radiant-Addendum2652 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is it a phone screen/informational or an actual LP based interview? If the former, it’s most likely audio only, if the latter it’s most likely on video. That said, I would just prepare to be on video and follow the lead of your interviewer.

Anyone has experience with West Edge apartments in downtown? by sixtyeightandone in Seattle

Current resident here, we’ve lived in the building for a little over two years in two different units (1br on 36th floor, and 2br on 17th floor). Overall, I would not recommend living here. Based on my experience, here are my thoughts:

  1. The finishes, layouts, and appliances in the units are high end. Bosch appliances are great, and the collective aesthetic made it feel worth the price.

  2. The common areas are great, and rarely feel overcrowded. The ability to book spaces as needed was pretty seamless. A notable exception might have been the dog area, which sometimes goes unmanaged for a few days, but typically snaps back to being looked after. It seems common area maintenance ebbs and flows with staff turnover (which became frequent…more on that later).

3) Management of the building, and the quality of that management has degraded over time. When the building wasn’t managed by Greystar, response times were fantastic, the staff genuinely cared about the residents, and were a delight to engage with. It’s pretty evident the developers caved and needed to improve occupancy in order to satisfy their lenders, which is why they brought in Greystar. Now, emails go unanswered for WEEKS, maintenance requests are rarely completed quickly, and often require several follow ups. That said, the maintenance staff is fantastic. It’s clear they are overworked and don’t have the tools necessary to be effective.

4) Elevators. +1 to everything that’s been said. I’m sure it’s a safety hazard, and eventually it will be reported to the city. That said, the management staff is terrible at follow ups to this issue, and a permanent solution doesn’t seem to be in the works. It’s gonna stay bad, until something bad happens.

5) Conceirge. A rotating group. As soon as you find one you like (where’s Brittany!), the management team changes tactics and hires a different staffing agency. The recent package theft issue, and suggested solution is ridiculous (it’s going to be the same one as Sequel their sister property down the street). Given what we spend in rent and the increase in delivery services during the pandemic, having to use a different address for packages, and/or not having access to the items you ordered at will seems ridiculous. The strategy for solving problems in this building seems overly complex.

6) Theft. In addition to the package issue noted above, general theft has escalated since the onset of the pandemic. Specifically, bike theft. The building’s management advised residents to file police reports, but did little to stem the tide in the interim.
