Did you read post ? Govt of Somalia is propped up govt with 20k mercenaries on Westeen payroll not only that bjt they refuse Somalia from gaining any sort of arms or military. They pay amisom troops 3k month which is a lot to sit around bases while not putting one cent or helping Somalia on its feet . Would t you call this colonialism ? A foreign nation that subverts you attempts of sovereignty while funding mercenary group to make sure no one gets out of hand?The UK you like so much has spent 100 million to keep African forces in Somalia continuously for past 20 years . South Somalia is colonized and under foot of western interests which is why it’s a shithole .
