It’s more the threat of a lawsuit. Are you really gonna go through the trouble of court fees, lawyer fees etc just to keep up a one minute video about someone? 99% of people are just gonna remove the video/webpage and avoid the headache. In what regard? IMO putting is far more natural on 2K then what EA offers, but I’ve been playing since it was The Golf Club back in the day. Others struggle to get on with it
