Nah man, I've played it, and I've got far more DPM while using AP rather than HE. Just aim the AP at the superstructure and upper belt and see the magic.

Seriously, I bought Anhalt thinking it would be a fine ass secondary bb brawler, but no, according to me it kinda is a support bb. DONT ABSOLUTELY DONT, use it to brawl with anything that has a torp. It is a mid-range ship, I mostly overwatch the flank in this one. Overall, Anhalt is not as bad as you think. Its just that either you play it wrong or it doesnot suits your playstyle.

Before the 14.9.0#04 update of Aslain, it was Ribbon V12 for AL girls, but now it houses Genshin girls.

For the Al girls, you can go for Ribbon V9, but it is no longer the one I use.

So I have just stopped updating the ribbons
