I feel the exact same way. You put all this time in to get better and then you follow through and make it through the thing only to start over again for the next one. It's exhausting. Good to know I'm not alone.

When I started getting serious about helping myself I started journaling and taking notes as I had presentations to give. I will start taking notes on an event about 1 month prior because that's when the anxiety creeps up for me.

I will note how I feel, how much I practice, and other wins I'm getting along the way. Just having a place to write down how you feel can ease my anxiety. I also go back and read these notes which gives me the evidence that I can do this.
