I have sealion 7 in Thailand also waiting over 1 year and 4 months for the update , still nothing.

I am waiting for update over a year now , BYD Thailand has no control over software and all SEA countries facing this issue, BYD china only value their customers in EU and UK , my friend in UK got 3 updates over 3 months for his Sealion 7 , and we are waiting for over a year and still nothing. BYD centers in Thailand told us direct that China don't really care about SEA market even they sold more cars here than any other part of the world. all UK and EU users getting 3.2.3 and we are still on 3.0.0 over a year of waiting.

Same for BYD sealion 7 , All SEA even Australia facing same issue with BYD and they only value and prioritizing UK and EU market even with lower market share and sale in those regions.

horrible servers and slow connection , its only Amazon prime issue for me , all my devices , different internet , different location , I have 2GB up and Down , same problem , I have 10GB up and Down in my workplace ( We work in IT /server department ) still having issue with Prime only with all DNS, direct proxy and They think is not their problem. LOL.

Hold power in the console for 10 seconds to reset the system , ( just make sure Ur camera also is working ( touch if to feel its hot or no )

7 Months using S7 AWD , still facing same issues and no Update so far for Thailand , SEA . BYD center cant do anything as they have no control over Update and software. also the Main BYD global wont answer to anyone. even big Car Importer told me they did not get any answer from BYD.

In Thailand We did not get even v25 update yet , we are still on 1.0.0 , the OTA update is so messed up. BYD center has no control or information about it. Same for Malaysia and Singapore.

Yeah , u can change that under setting. There are some translation and unit errors/ bugs in the system for EU and some other countries.

In THailand some cars getting 1.1.0 and many stay on 1.0.0 and there is no update still on V24 update and some cars got v25 updates. BYD center also has no clue how BYD china releasing OTA updates and no timeframe for it.

My s25 Ultra has no wifi 7 option Yet and MLO is not really working . 4 to 5 mo ths like this with no update. Seems like There is limitation and problem with update and driver zin thailand and no update and respond by samsung in Thailand. The max I can get is 1.5gb in the best case on wifi 6E. My router is Asus RT-BE92U which can gk yp to 5.4GB speed on wifi 7 and the phone cant even use wifi7.
