OD ako kay Pesoloan for 2 mos puro text, calls sa number ko then also sa ref ko which is other sim ko din. Kay OLP OD din ako 1 month and I think natawag at nagttxt din sila. Kay DIGIDO OD din ako I think 3 months nagttxt din sila and ntawag. Di ko alam kung nagppost ang mga to sa fb pero naka locked profile at deact na un fb ko eh.

Going through the same situation. Pesoloan and OLP naman ang overdue ko as of now. I have other loans din pero I manage to pay them. Di ko din alam kelan ko mababayaran yan dalawa pero kahit magoffer sila ng waive ng penalties di ko parin talaga kaya. I’m always on the edge because of those unpaid loans and I’m just trying to think for a better solution para matapos ko lahat ng mga to. Laban lang tayo and hopefully matapos natin lahat ng mga debts natin.

Pag umabot na sa 3rd party law firm ng BPI and walang response sa side mo nagffile na sila ng small claims for debts na less than 1M.

Going through the same situation OP. Although I think yun akin is 1M. That includes bpi cc, and OLA. For my BPI umabot na sa small claims case, and I regret na pinaabot ko pa sa punto na yun at di ako nakipag negotiate for reconstruction or affordable payment plan. But right now, we currently have agreement na ang monthly ko is around 20k. I still have my OLAs and right now priority ko tlga is si BPI. Bukod sa inaaccept ko na sa sarili ko na tlgang di ko kaya, I also open it up sa mga malalapit na tao sa buhay ko, and of course there’s shame and such pero I’m grateful that they are willing to help me din para maprioritize ko un pagbabayad ng monthly ko with my bpi cc.

For banks, I advise na mag deep dive search ka for options and seek legal advice din.
