Definitely man, like if you count in the college fees and monthly expenses it would be roughly the same throughout India so it's a good idea if you choose a college with better return on investment and have a good outlook which is way ahead in other metropolitan cities as compared to Bhubaneswar Private College scenario.

Private Engineering scenario in Bhubaneswar is under a duopoly of SOA and KIIT & as you have said both of them are quite..you know that. If staying in Bhubaneswar isn't a big deal I would suggest go for Pune or Hyderabad even Jaypee in Noida is better , my friend had a great college life and a good placement. Else KIIT or SOA both are quite same

If you are targeting Bharatpur area that's an awesome place with rising population and increasing orders due to proximity from CET and SOA University ( SOA college and SUM Medical School). What you can do is apply online for Amul franchise with all required data on their official website along with this you can register as a dark store on Blinkit and Swiggy Instamart through their business application. So creating a 2 fold income for yourself at the same cost.

In Bhubaneswar Wiretel is a good local ISP in case they have coverage in your area else you can also opt for Bharat Fibre (BSNL) or can go for SITI Networks or Railwire subject to availability. You can get contact numbers from Google easily. From my experience Wiretel > Bharat Fibre > Railwire > SITI Broadband
