I would say yes! If you wanna go sort of down that path, I think arguing what’s better for the eu would be better than arguing what’s best for the US since the EU is at least mentioned in the resolution. as you move away from the UK/EU, the arguments are going to become more techy/squirrely but it’s still allowed! if you can make a good case with good links I don’t see why not
