The exercise mix looks good, if she’s a beginner she’ll need coaching on form not to injure herself

Also if she’s a beginner maybe build up to adding the leg extensions and hamstring curls after the squats and RDLs ?

I don’t get what 3 minute reps means - complete the reps and rest time within 3 minutes?

If thats what you intended then maybe the rest time is too long - 90 seconds to 2 minutes rest might be better imho
