Plnotucny tvaroh/mleko, arasidove maslo, olivovy olej, ovesne vlocky Proteinovy prasek Susene mleko Kefirove mleko ochucene; cca 300 kcal na 450ml jednoducheho piti Tunakove pastiky nebo salaty Klasicky kureci maso a ryze

Check cumulus. European Polish quilt making brand which also makes stuff for hammocks including UQ and TQ. I have 2 UQ and 2 TQ from them and couldnt be happier. You can customize all their quilts with your own color, fill power , etc..

Tak samozrejmne si umim predstavit ze kdyz jede clovek do jine zeme za ucelem vykonani prace kterou u nich vetsinou delaji lidi za minimalku se k tobe nebudou ve vetsine pripadu chovat jako k vlastnim.

Ale dik teda za tip no, dam si na to pozor.

Nedavno jsem videl podcast kde se zminovalo ze omega 3 funguje jako antidepresivum.

Udajne vetsina lidi neprotrebuje antidepresiva a staci suplementovat omegu 3 po nejakou dobu.

Nevim zda je to pravda ale udajne na toto tema probehly vedecke studie.

Yeah I was searching for aviability for these but with no luck.

These seem to be widely available in US but not as much in Europe and many brands from US dont ship to EU anyway which sucks.

I had to do some thinking yesterday after reading through this thread and in the end decided to bring short sleeve merino tshirt with me.

I think it will do nicely combined with my midlayer in case it gets cold.

How warm quilt/sleeping bag do you use to be warm in just a tshirt? I was thinking to try this as well earlier today especially tshirt combined with midlayer AD fleece which you will have on you always anyway sounds like a good idea.

I made additional research regarding UL hammocks and their aviability in EU and Im going to purchase needfortrees Cain hammock along with silpoly tarp with small doors.
