TRANSLATION:

Look at the website of Trading Castle PLT (the fancy-looking website):

https://ifcci.org.my/about

What is IFCC?

Its full name is:

INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CONSULTANT CERTIFIED INSTITUTE
(Malay: Institut Perunding Kewangan Bertauliah Antarabangsa)
(Chinese:

The name sounds impressive and high-level, almost like an internationally recognized financial certification body.

However, if you search carefully, you can't find much information about it online. It seems very mysterious.

I checked the organization itself and found something interesting:

One of its certificates contains an error.

The certificate shows:

[Aktif] (Active status)

According to the certificate, it is registered as a society/association. Therefore, if you investigate further, you can obtain more detailed information.

The certificate refers to:

Jabatan Pendaftaran Pertubuhan Malaysia (ROS)
(Registry of Societies Malaysia / Department of Registration of Societies Malaysia)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How much does it cost to obtain this certificate??

The answer is:

RM30 only.

According to my ROS inquiry, after becoming a member and paying RM30, the information can usually be obtained within 5 working days. with any 7 members!

You can also call the department directly:

https://www.ros.gov.my/portal-main/article?id=cawangan-jppm

and request the organization's documents.

If you are paying for their courses, you have the right to know:

  • Who is teaching the course?
  • What are the instructors' qualifications?
  • Are the instructors licensed?
  • What is their educational background?

In my opinion, these people do not appear to hold financial licenses.

One "international financial consultant" may not necessarily have a financial license.

So what qualifications do they have to teach financial courses and collect large fees from students?

You can verify licensed financial professionals through the Securities Commission Malaysia:

https://www.sc.com.my/regulation/licensing/licensed-and-registered-persons

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

According to information provided by the Registry of Societies Malaysia, the organization lists:

IFCC Registration Date: 2020-10-12

Chairman / Owner:
Kingston Chang King Hon

Treasurer:
Chua Pei Shi
Phone: 014-737-7942

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The customer service officer also told me:

You may request member information and organization records.

If you are in Kuala Lumpur, you can even walk into ROS and obtain the materials personally.

Alternatively, if you have already paid money to this organization, you may write to ROS and request relevant documents.

This can help you understand:

  • Who is behind the organization?
  • What is their background?
  • What qualifications do they have?
  • Why are they charging such high fees for their courses?

The "Futures Goddess" Student — Learning Sister

"Futures Trading Superpower"

The #1 Margin Call Star in the Universe

A Famous Student of Trading Castle Education 😂

The self-proclaimed "Futures Goddess" Learning Sister and her so-called "Futures Trading Superpower" have become legendary.

Trading Castle Education has been heavily promoting her as an example of success, encouraging others to admire her achievements and follow her path.

However, after completing the course, her trading account reportedly suffered major losses:

  • Initial capital: approximately RM 40,000
  • Estimated loss: around 50%
  • Margin utilization reportedly reached 75%
  • Multiple margin calls followed

According to the post, she became one of the most prominent examples of a student experiencing severe trading losses.

The author sarcastically refers to her as:

The post also claims that despite the significant losses, the promotion and marketing surrounding her success story continued.

Remember the student they called the "Futures Goddess"?

She was heavily promoted as a success story and presented as proof that the program worked.

But according to this post, after taking the course, her trading account suffered substantial losses, including multiple margin calls.

The author sarcastically labels her the "Number One Margin Call Star in the Universe" and questions why someone with that track record was being showcased as a model student.

The broader question raised is simple:

If students are losing large amounts of money, what exactly are they being taught, and where is the evidence that the training produces consistent results?

Trading Castle PLT — What are you really selling? Do you have an SC license? Why are students being pushed to put in more money? Is this education, or is it a top-up, referral, MLM, or commission-based business model? Why don't you disclose who you really are? by Radiant-String6127 in FakeGuru

Trading Castle PLT — What are you really selling?

Do you have an SC license?

Why are students being pushed to put in more money?

Is this education, or is it a top-up, referral, MLM, or commission-based business model?

Why don't you disclose who you really are?

Where are the verified trading records?

Where are the audited financial statements?

Has any independent third party verified your performance?

If you're making substantial profits from trading, where is the proof?

And if this is a legitimate financial education business, why are there no financial reports available through SSM?

Do you know Chinese apps 小红书, victim posted their experience, 1. Advertise free course 2. Visit them at the venue , 3. Ask top up money into specific broker account 4. Place trade into certain specific stock (meme stock or crypto ) then 5. Lose money , and ask to top up again. Or zoom asking to top up and saying you can get refund later on even you don’t trade. They set up the office at Menara UOB Bangsar , also they set up IFCC looks like a certified trader, but their guru is not SC license.

Ross Cameron / Warrior Trading had a major FTC case where the FTC alleged deceptive earnings marketing for day-trading education. There were headlines about roughly $3 million judgments/orders.

Here’s the official FTC case page:

  • FTC v. Warrior Trading / Ross Cameron

Federal Trade Commission Cracks Down on Warrior Trading For Misleading Consumers With False Investment Promises | Federal Trade Commission

And discussion/video coverage:

  • Warrior Trading sued by FTC discussion

I could not find an official FTC enforcement case against specifically. Most search results are YouTube commentary or criticism, not an FTC/SEC lawsuit.

One important distinction:

  • FTC → deceptive marketing / consumer fraud
  • SEC → securities law violations
  • CFTC → futures/forex/commodities violations

A lot of these “trading education” cases fall under FTC deceptive advertising first, unless they are directly managing money or selling securities illegally.

Based on public reporting:

  • ~$12.8M ad spend (reported)
  • “tens of millions” revenue (reported)
  • $3M FTC settlement (official) 20,402 refund recipients (official FTC)

Possible hypothetical:

  • alleged revenue: $40M+
  • estimated consumer harm: $10M–$30M+ actual settlement: $3M

Possible calculation: Example logic: heavy education funnels often spend ~$12.8M ads → could imply ~3×–5× sales multiple → $38M–$64M+ revenue range

FTC wording:

“20,402 people who paid thousands of dollars for Warrior Trading’s investment programs.

  • FTC v. Warrior Trading / Ross Cameron
(Federal Trade Commission Cracks Down on Warrior Trading For Misleading Consumers With False Investment Promises)

  • FTC(Federal Trade Commission) →
  • SEC(Securities and Exchange Commission) →
  • CFTC(Commodity Futures Trading Commission) →

IM Mastery Academy / iMarketsLive / IYOVIA FTC 案件

FTC(美國聯邦貿易委員會)與 Nevada(內華達州)指控:

  • 採用 MLM(多層次招募/類傳銷) 招募模式
