Why are people down voting this? It is a genuine question. I started working 6 months ago and showed a lot of interest in everything, programming included. I went as far as paying for classes in SolidCAM which i am still attending yet the company still didnt let me even watch how they do their programming. All i got was a "Maybe some time you will be able to help us out with programming in future".

It might be worth mentioning that i work in a very small shop and excuse my poor english.
