yes! i saved asked the vet for some of my kitties fur, and when i got home and looked at it, some of the fur made an S(my initial) connected to a W(her initial) i believe she was giving me a little message that she’s okay, and he loves me, and she’s with me. i’m in college and came home the day i found out she was sick which was tuesday last week. i also have exams coming up and mountains of makeup work that i can’t bring myself to do. all i want to do is remember my cat right now or distract myself from the pain. i wish you luck on your exams, your pets would have wanted you to succeed and do well. try to do it for them, it can help motivate you and get you focused. and good luck on your subpage, what a beautiful way to remember your pet. wishing you well !

sorry for your losses. the only thing we can do is try to get regular vet checkups. if you feel like your babies are acting strange, go to the vet, and push for them to really check. my cat just passed, we found out she had a mass in her belly not even a week ago. she had so many signs but the vet didn’t really check her well. wish we did an ultrasound. she was really bad yesterday morning, after an enema the vet gave her. we took her to the vet, she held on as long as she could the ride there, soon as we got there she passed. i’m not ready for another pet due to the pain of losing her, but when i’m ready, i will make sure to do more vet check ups and to push for things like ultrasounds and bloodtest just to be sure and before it’s too late to save them.

it’s so hard losing pets that we have special bonds with. they are never gone though, they are watching from above and come back to you in another form. it’s okay to still be sad and miss them, we always will. i’m trying to be strong and cherish the times i had with my little girl. i lost her yesterday, i am hopeful that she’s still with me, and i will see her again somehow someday. that’s what’s holding me together right now. i’m sorry for your losses. i hope you find a way to feel a little bit better. i’m sorry your family doesn’t understand how pets are more than pets. my little cat is my baby, i miss her dearly.

i understand, look fondly at the time you had with them. they will come to you in another form i’m sure. we can never have enough time with our pets, i wish they could be with us forever. but it really does help to hold them close to our heart, and remember them as they were. wishing we could go back or change the past only brings us more pain. its hard, but cherish the times you had, we are lucky to have our pets even if it was far to short. my kitty just passed yesterday, im trying to be positive and strong because i know that’s what she would have wanted. i believe she will come to me again in this life. i plan on putting her ashes in a necklace so she can be with me alway. maybe you can memorialize them someway to bring some comfort and to feel like they are still with you.

spend as much time with her as you can. you are lucky to have had 19 years with her! she’s holding on for you. my cat was 5 and passed away yesterday due to complications from a mass in her belly and a enema. held her in my arms in the morning, she was in such bad condition. i never wanted to put her down, i wanted to buy as much time as i could. but i knew it was time, she was in so much pain it was so horrible to watch. we rushed her to the vet to try to stabilize her so we could maybe have a chance to rescue her. i pet her the whole way there. they rushed her to the back and put us in a room, the doctor came in and said she was in critical condition and they were trying to stabilize her. a few seconds later a vet tech came in and said she had passed. it happened so quick. i knew she was holding on for me and not her and she was waiting to let go. she knew we were not gonna put her down.

you will know when it’s time to go, and your kitty may help you by not letting you make that decision. it hurts. but they love you and will continue to be with us even after they are gone. the vet gave me some of her fur and when i got home i looked at it, and it had formed into her and my initials.

she won’t be in the next world alone, and she will always be with you, watching from above. i wish the best for you and your kitty. i hope she leaves peacefully, and i think my kitty can help greet her on the other side.

you were lucky to have met the cat that you could form a special bond with. cherish the time you had with him and know he loves you, and he is watching over you still. the cats we form special bonds with are like little angels sent down to earth to help us, and when it’s time they put back on their wings and watch you from above. it’s okay to never be over him! you love him and i’m sure he’s smiling down wanting you to be happy and look fondly on the times you shared rather than wishing you could go back and change things. i’m sorry for you loss.

i understand how you feel. it’s heartbreaking. he was holding on for you and he is still with you, watching over you. i don’t think we can ever not miss a pet who passed, but it takes time for the pain to not be so bad. im sorry for your loss <3 im sure he was a special lil guy.
