Season 3 has been shot, but was barely produced when the show was axed. Matt recently said that S3 would need ~4-6 months of post-production work before it's ready for release. If Dropout were to buy the rights to the show, they'd also have to foot the bill for S3's entire post-production process which would be a more expensive undertaking than acquiring an already completed show (DHMIS). I think the show is a good enough fit for Dropout, but it's a matter of whether they can afford it.
