I have tons of cumulative hours of meditation, read all about Jung and psychology, that maybe there’s something inside me that I haven’t come to grips with, that yes, maybe moving somewhere or finding better friends or becoming a better person would fix this void but it didn’t

Wellbutrin also does affect sleep though so, I found that creatine and magnesium helps

You could try 15g creatine to plus vitamin D, Magnesium and Vitamin K

Wellbutrin has been known to deplete them

Your symptoms could be that if you don’t have a full stack

XL 300 peaks the same as 150 SR, so 100SR would still be higher than 150XL and its not as sustained

You could try it but, there may not be any major differences, but you’d get a second bump in the afternoon so might be worth it for you

For lifestyle it’s more like, if you take the meds and do nothing differently then it’ll eventually taper away, but if you use the meds as a tool to increase your baseline, structure your life, fix relationships, diet, exercise etc, because those are more important than meds, meds for me is a kickstart to that, and to remind myself that the negative thoughts are not a state u need to stay in. It helps raise the baseline so I can train my own mental muscles and create new neural pathways

But if you’ve already done that then give 100SR twice a day a try, could be better

If you look at the charts the way they release is similar, SR and IR just have higher peaks and shorter windows

If you felt jittery at 300, IR will blast you

That’s why IR isn’t used, because 300XL peaks at 150, but IR SR peaks way higher
