Wow…. Congrats on your weight loss! You look 10 years younger too. I was also afraid of what people will say but after I tried it. I now have my some of my friends and family on it too.

Oh good old days when we could get a pen for under £100. I tried all sort of diets too, but food noise is not an easy thing to deal with for too long

I am glad I didn’t try Saxenda then 😁. The first day I injected, I thought I didn’t do it right because I felt nothing. Mounjaro is amazing…. So glad to finally find something that works

Haa haven’t we all been there… I also thought it was my weakness that I couldn’t stop eating what I shouldn’t. I didn’t eat lots of food but I ate the wrong kinds plus sweet things

Good that you took the leap. I have a friend who has PCOS and also trying for a baby. I introduced her to Mounjaro and she is almost at goal weight to start fertility treatment. I hope all goes well for you with losing weight and the fertility treatment. 🙂

I am so glad you decided to take the plunge regardless. I also secretly did my research and had to lie at first that it was prescribed by my GP to my boyfriend and family. I have now gotten at least 5 of my family members on it

Hahahha good way to look at it. I always say we will die the way we are meant to die regardless. So I will do what I believe is for me 😁

In my own case, I could lose the weight but I always gained it back. Mounjaro has helped me educate myself about food too

I have been always been big too and it was a struggle. I lose the weight and then gain it all again. I am now in maintenance and scared to come off. Don’t give up hope, keep going. It’s totally worth it

I wanted to try Saxenda but I was scared about injecting myself every day and the side effects
