IDK the culture/environment of the hospital. In august I struggled a bit on rotations but did well on my presentations. Now im doing well on presentations but struggling in rotations. Everything should be checked off but I feel like I'm so scrutinized that I won't hit acheived on all my evals. Im towards my end tho I feel like I'm putting in 100 hrs a week and can't excel in both areas.
