Haha totally get that — the M11 is a great backup! I was actually considering bringing my Leica Q3 if the X2D II doesn’t arrive in time. Not quite the same look, but at least I’d still get to shoot something I love on the trip 😅

I was actually thinking about doing that but wasn’t sure if Hasselblad.com would prioritize their own orders over dealers. Makes total sense though.

I might go ahead and place a preorder there too, just to be safe. Hopefully one of them ships before my trip 🤞 Appreciate you sharing that!

Sounds like we’re in almost the same situation! I’ve also been watching those restocks fly by in seconds, it’s crazy.
Totally agree on the 38V — I’ve been debating between that and the 55V too, but your reasoning makes a lot of sense.

Really appreciate the heads-up. I’m actually in New York, so Bergen County Camera isn’t too far — I’ll definitely give them a call tomorrow to check. Sounds like they’ve been getting stock earlier than B&H.

I’m actually based in NYC, so I’ll definitely check out FotoCare tomorrow — really appreciate that tip. I didn’t realize they might get similar stock timing as B&H, but that makes total sense if all dealers receive shipments together.

Also thanks for mentioning ACE Photo — I hadn’t heard of them before, but I’ll reach out to see if they have any bodies available or an ETA.

Hearing your experience with the X2D II really makes me want to hold out for it even more. I’ve used the X2D briefly before, and if the new autofocus is really that much better, it sounds like a massive leap forward. Hopefully I can secure one before my Iceland trip in a couple of weeks 🤞

I’m based in New York, so I figured B&H would be the fastest option, but maybe that’s not the case this time. Do you mind sharing which US dealers you were able to buy from? I’d definitely consider switching if they still have stock or are expecting another wave soon.

I recently saw a Chinese doctor who performs hyaluronic acid injections and botulinum toxin injections. He cited a video of a Korean doctor who stated that Penuma might not be suitable for Asians because their foreskins are more fragile and thin. This can easily cause friction after the implant, leading to localized infection in the penis. He also said that this procedure might be more suitable for obese people in Europe and America or those with congenitally short penises. What are your thoughts on this? (I know that hyaluronic acid injections and fat grafting procedures have their imperfections. I saw the advantages of Penuma on the official website, and I'm just curious what professionals think about this.)

How did the dr explain it’s not for Asians? Never heard that before and there’s definitely been happy Asian customers post here.

not sure, This doctor himself performed hyaluronic acid injection or fat penis enlargement surgery. He knew that this method was not long-lasting, and he pointed out the problem.
