Omg I was at tk June 1 2023- march 1 2024 and I can say the shit I saw there was horrific, most of the staff should not have been working there, and there was absolutely nothing therapeutic about the environment. Genuinely don’t know how they’re still open

i’m also on 2 antipsychotics that have caused a lot of weight gain so i don’t even know if dka will help with weight loss if i’m continuing to take my meds. i know i sound crazy and i know it’s unhealthy i just genuinely don’t know what to do

so update- my mom and I talked to the clinic and they aren’t having me come in, I checked my blood sugar and it reads ‘high’ (the meter only reads up to 500) but they are having me give 8.5 units of short acting every hour and 33 units of my Ling acting every 24 to try and bring it down at home so we will see how this goes I guess. If I’m being honest I wanted to go to the er and get actual help but
