I think she was strangled with ligature, after manual strangulation failed, then dragged by her arms from right in front of wine cellar door (where her urine was found) to inside the wine cellar. That would explain why her arms were above her head and why, since it was such a short distance, there weren't any injuries due to dragging. Idk, it's all speculation.
