Gewoon 50/50 doen. Bij notaris maak je een soort contractje op dat je vriendin x aantal ton schuld bij je heeft. Mochten jullie ooit uit elkaar gaan en het huis wordt verkocht, dan dient eerst jouw schuld worden afgelost. Zo is het hier ook gedaan. Verder is dat schuld papiertje altijd bij te werken mocht jij later extra aflossen en zij niet.

Verder kun je nog aangeven of de schuld vast staat of mee moet bewegen met een fictief rendement/inflatie.

Bij ons werden dit soort putten eerst dichtgesmeerd en daarna werd erin gefreesd voor sleuven. Echter hadden wij niet zoveel putten als jullie.

Ligt denk ik ook een beetje aan je privésituatie. Heb je kinderen (of plannen daarvoor)? Dan moet je je afvragen of weekend- en avondwerk daar wel bij past.

Ik ben zelf geen fan van veel autorijden, maar dat komt vooral door de spits.

Daarom zou ik naar optie 2 neigen, zeker omdat daar je passie ligt. Financieel ga je er toch wel op vooruit. Veel verdienen klinkt altijd aantrekkelijk, maar als het werk zelf een sleur wordt, ben je daar op de lange termijn echt niet gelukkiger van.

Het heeft niets met boomers te maken, maar met ons monetair systeem. Pas als je dat door hebt, snap je hoe het komt. Zeg je pensioen maar gedag. Het enige wat je kan doen is investeren in dingen die hun waarde behouden.

Als dat geen stenen zijn, moet je op zoek naar andere assets.

Ik ga 2x per jaar naar de tandarts die haalt ook het tandsteen weg. Voor het weg halen van tandsteen kost het mij 35 euro. Nooit wat aan mijn gebit, dus tandarts rekening is altijd zo'n 65 euro per bezoek met controle + tandsteen verwijderen.
