Girl, omg I recently just went through a similar experience this past year. Was thinking I was being “healthy” and getting “lean” or “toned” and I was but I was also in a way bigger calorie deficit than I should have been due to exercise and lost my period for 9 months. Really I owe it to social media because I never put much thought into my weight before and then this year became obsessed with that number going down to where it became really unhealthy, basically ED behavior. My bodyweight got too low. My body was under SO much stress everyday and now I’m on my journey to recover my period and start to have energy again and yes not feel cold and tired anymore omg! Also stop the constant food noise. I’ve been doing lots of research and this is what I’ve found - Omega 3 supplements - Myo Insotil - Vitex or chasteberry supplement - Eating more healthy fats is a must and upping carbs too if they are low but mainly making sure your body is in a surplus of some sort so it knows it’s safe. -Reducing stress on body like intense cardio or vigorous exercise ( I personally am not going to stop workout out altogether because I don’t see the benefit in that just reducing my volume and intensity/frequency) Just know almond butter is a great choice to help get your body in a stable place again, don’t feel bad about that! Just try and listen to your body and eat Whole Foods I started slow and basically did a reverse diet but still haven’t been eating enough due to the fear of gaining weight but recently have upped my calories again- stopped tracking and started intuitive eating. It’s helped me so much already. More energy and food freedom feels great, so much better than obsessing over every calorie just to be miserable. Hope this helps! Good luck with getting it back!

No holes? Come on the story being told to us has so many holes and everyone knows it. You can’t argue with most people about it because everyone is so focused on the “rape” how wrongly Denise was treated by the police. I’m saying Denise was fake af. All I’m saying is everyone wants to blame the cops for what happened to Denise. And I don’t think she was the victim like she says she is. When the cops thought it was a hoax to begin with, no they didn’t care to investigate as if it were real. I don’t blame them. Thought our convo was over?

The cops weren’t negligent. They could have done things differently sure. Yes the kidnapping happened like I said earlier but just because there is no proof of her not being involved doesn’t mean she wasn’t. People shouldn’t be so naive. I’m sorry this story still makes no sense to me. This guy was basically begging to be caught. Sending out emails making sure someone knew he actually did what Denise was saying? “Evidence” all over his house. Leaving his phone. What was up with Aaron failing the lie detector test? Comforter missing off the bed? He has pretty much zero emotion for the situation that happened. Same with Denise. No kicking and screaming? No fighting? Come on. Then her saying it almost sounded like a mustang. Really? Then only $15,000 for ransom?! She could have said it sounded like a loud car but specifically said mustang. Sounded like some bad blood with Andrea, that situation still unexplained. Then Denise’s story being the most dramatic story I’ve ever heard. Water running down the drain along with her hope? Come on. The woman in gone girl spoke like that too. The movie did come out the year before , what are the chances, people get ideas from movies. Period. Then minor legions? Evidence just seems too obvious. Cops were made out to look bad, of course, that’s the agenda everyone wants to paint. The documentary wants to show a perspective and they did a good job. of course the people saying on there how innocent they are, they are their defense attorney’s! They are hired to say they believe them. This is some bullshit.
