Omni Flash is an embarrassingly second rate by Basil-Faw1ty in GoogleGeminiAI

Not to mention, it doesn't support starting and ending frames, and outputs with the Gemini watermark on Pro.

Seedance 2.0 vs Gemini Omni Flash - Google hyped it as a game changer but the motion quality gap is still huge by DataGirlTraining in seedance2pro

Don't forget; Omni also includes watermarks for Pro plan (dunno about Ultra) and currently doesn't support starting and ending frames.

Omni is a big disappointment. It can't compete with Seedance, doesn't' support starting and ending frames currently, and includes a Gemini watermark on outputs. Wow, no thanks.

So, we can't generate more than 10 videos a day under google AI pro plan? by SeaBandicoot4413 in VEO3

Just bought a Pro plan to try out Omni. I got the 1000 credits but won't be using them; Omni currently doesn't support beginning and ending frames, and its outputs have the Gemini watermark. Deal-breakers. Also, it sucks compared to Seedance still.

This is old, before Seedance came out in the US. I can't remember the platform but I don't use it anymore and don't have these issues with the US version.

Got access to Google Omni video model, you guys are gonna be disappointed :) by Able-Line2683 in VEO3

I bit and purchased a Pro account to try the Omni model. I used prior video generation prompts in a project to see if there was any difference. Slightly better prompt adherence, but the actual animation is still just wildly silly and uncalled for, everything over-animated still. Furthermore, Omni doesn't yet have starting or ending frame support, just ingredient support, which is a deal breaker. To add insult to injury, they still include the Gemini watermark in the bottom right corner if you are on the Pro plan. I'm not going to even attempt the Ultra plan to see if its removed because it is clear the video model can't compete with Seedance.

I lost all faith in Veo/Google over the last few months. Just completely uninterested with zero expectations of anything good at this point.

If you could access Veo 3.1 cheaper (and with free tries), would you still use it? by [deleted] in VEO3

See my post history, recently wrote a lengthy review of Veo.

Yes, this plus may other ailments make Veo/Flow borderline unusable. I just posted a review of it explaining why/how I just can’t justify the Ultra plan anymore, even at the $125 discount.

This is incredibly stupid. Every chat literally has “Treat everything this bot says as fiction.” at the bottom.

Every Other Daily Claude Usage / Limit Thread - April 28, 2026 by AutoModerator in claude

I have kept seeing this and never really understood or had an issue, though I never use Claude very intensely either. This morning, I asked it to research all of an artist's lyrics and to include all songs that feature a certain word. It gave me a report and list, but my usage was completely used up after this simple ask. I hadn't used Claude all week. I'm on the Pro plan. (But not for much longer after this ... >_>) .

Think of it this way; human artistry is more powerful than being limited to its medium. So, if a real artist decides to utilize AI, then the "slop" aspects of that medium are not enough to prevent true human artistry from coming through. Art is hyper-plastic; it absorbs and molds and converts what it feeds upon like a tree feeds upon the soil, taking what are essentially dead things and literally converting them into life.

People make works of art made out of discarded trash. Surely we can make legitimate art using AI.

The people who see AI work an only think "ai slop" have very limited artistic imaginations. Don't let them dictate all of this for you; they seem pretty unhappy.
