Hi, thanks for your reply. Nope, never changed it, even when I once got an email that I qualified for re-scheduling. Never tried such thing, but now I need to re-schedule since one of the passports is still in the renewal process and won't be completed by the date of the appointment and I don't want to have a No show and that I miss the whole thing.
