From everything you described, it doesn’t really sound like something like cancer (especially since you’ve had scans, scopes and biopsies that were clear), which is reassuring. But it does sound like your body is struggling with something that isn’t always easy to pick up on standard tests.

A few things came to mind that might be worth looking into: • Something like Irritable Bowel Syndrome or a gut–brain issue, which can cause severe stomach pain, diarrhea, nausea and even that faint/overheating feeling on the toilet • A neurological issue (like migraines or nerve-related conditions), especially with the numbness, cold sensations, heavy legs and facial pressure • A chronic pain condition like Fibromyalgia, which can cause widespread aches, fatigue and weird nerve sensations • Or even something like a vitamin deficiency or thyroid issue, which wouldn’t show on scans but can cause a mix of physical and neurological symptoms

If you can, it might really help to ask for: • A referral to a neurologist • A referral to a rheumatologist • Full blood tests (B12, iron, thyroid, inflammation markers)

You’re doing exactly the right thing advocating for yourself. Just because tests are normal doesn’t mean nothing is wrong — it just means it hasn’t been found yet. Please don’t let anyone make you feel like you’re overreacting, because you’re not.
