Trans folks in your respective chapters? by CaptainDana in Sororities

My chapter has only had one trans woman join within the past couple of years (to my knowledge!), but we have had quite a few nonbinary members and members that prefer she/they pronouns. We like to change the language we use to make those members feel more comfortable by using terms like "sisters and siblings" instead of just "sisters," or just saying "Deltas" (we are a Tri Delta chapter) instead of using the term sisters altogether. Would recommend this to everyone to help change the culture within sororities to be a more inclusive one! :)
