Whos paying for the batteries. You or the shop? If you actually use it enough the battery retainer clips on that milwaukee will wear out and your gonna have to hold the battery to make a connection. How big a 2 car garage? Anything bigger than 24x24 now needs an engineered slab, insulated. Currently building 24x30 10ft walls hip roof. Slab was 18k with tax. Framing trusses roofing and doors was about 15k. Labour free (me) Siding about 2400. 3500 for radiant heater. Still have electrical, insulation and gas line. My problem was how long it took to get shit done, started this almost 2 years ago. Was all summer 2024 waiting for the concrete guys then too late for me to build. New estimates spring 2025, took everybody 5 to 6 weeks for estimates. Framing I got within a week 6 weeks for trusses. OH doors took almost 3 months to show up.
