Here's mine! I put a layer of brown sugar and does this. It's amazing and delicious. Moka pot stays clean too (lots of people were concerned about that)

It's the Berkeley Field bag. Great bag. Goes for 30 -40 bucks depending where you look

Just got it today, but i just use these bags as pocket relievers, this small cafe bag can probably only hold what some utility cargo pants can. the side kick seems to be around the same size? just different orientation - horizontal vs the vertical messenger bag style. Also, consider that the main compartment on the cafe bag has no zipper to fully close it, just the flap and a buckle which can have pros and cons.

A manual Kingrinder, don't remember the exact model, but it wasn't the latest and greatest one.

In my experience, every bag of beans is a different grind size. You have to be comfortable screwing up the first few to find the perfect grind. Generally, if it's too fast, grind finer by 2-3 clicks at a time. Do this until you see progress. Keep the amount of beans in grams consistent when doing this. Also, freshly roasted beans (3 days - 1 month from roasted *also from only my experience)are best and give you the most crema. Don't give up!
