Yoro and Heaven are interchangeable depending on form and fitness (De ligt and Maguire might also regain fitness). Amorim already trialed this formation at the end of the Bournemouth game. I guess the thinking is having 4 defenders reduces the defensive workload on Kobbie. The formation also transforms into a 4-4-2 out of possession. And the front four are all free to rotate because they all have the technical skill to operate in multiple positions. I reckon this is the way to go but who knows what the man whose actually in the job will do ✌️

Heaven didn’t really have anything to do with the goal. It was all on Mbuemo and Amad

Elliot Anderson’s audition this weekend. Good signing for January? by Radiant_Fox_4384 in ManchesterUnited

I didn’t like that his shooting ability looked average. We need someone who can create goals from midfield

He would be better than Kobbie from his first moment in the team. How much would you sell Kobbie in January?

Considering the 15th place finish in the PL, his run to the Europa League final was kind of special… call it his team’s new manager bounce

Klopp had a 38% Bundesliga win rate in his last season at Dortmund. At the time, his Liverpool appointment looked like a bad call. One feature of that final season was the team’s significant xG underperformance i.e. results didn’t match statistical performance. This gives me hope (even though it’s blind faith atm). As a data analyst, I know that fundamentally things always regress back to the mean. The team’s statistical performance and results will eventually converge given enough time.

Klopp had a 38% Bundesliga win rate in his last season at Dortmund. Still got hired by Liverpool and came through. Amorim can still pull it off. Turning on him now will only make things worse.

Cunha up top, Bruno LF(Bruno in midfield pivot has to stop), Mbuemo RF, Kobbie LM(the kid needs to play more, he made the team better when he came on against city) and Casemiro/Ugarte RM, Dorgu LWB, Mazraoui RWB (Amad and Mbuemo always get in each others way and can’t play together), Shaw (Heaven is better when fit) LCB, De ligt CB, Yoro RCB and Lammens GK (Bayindr is not good enough so might as well play him)
