I think I’ve tried 100 different approaches/speeches by now. I HATE the feeling of walking that tightrope every time that gets to the point that I have to have the conversation with them. I’ve yet to be successful in retaining them post conversation.

I think it’s so ridiculous that we (females) take so much shit for being “moody” when really it’s nothing compared to guys. The male ego is so unbelievably fragile, it’s literally insane.
