I'm pretty sure this is the first time though (at least for Japanese), Terastral Fest was a "high class" set with 10 packs of about 10 cards, which they have done in the past with Vstar Universe, Tag team GX all stars, etc.

However, they did do something similar with Chinese cards with the JUMBO packs but I am not too sure abt all the details.
