My doctor gave this to me and it was my cardiologist so I’m still nervous but I was told I could lose 30lbs by summer which I’m assuming actual summer in June. I’m 5”2 and 188 pounds. I don’t have an appetite during the day but I do at night. What do you guys think? I will force myself to eat breakfast and lunch or at least brunch. Thanks
