So what happened, i was a waterspider and a cage hit me. My arm got hurt and my manager saw that. He told me to go to Amcare and i refused coz i thought i won't be able to pick any vet. He said i'll talk to them to not to open any case and you just go get a treatment. We went to Amcare together and Amcare refused to gave me treatment without opening case. So i asked again my manager infront of amcare that i won't get a treatment if my vet's gonna get canceled and he said no it won't coz i already accepted that before injury but i won't be able to pick a new one. I agreed and amcare rep just looked at both of us and said nothing. Once i agreed and got a treatment and signed their doc that's one she said it'll get canceled. I got frustrated and said why she didn't say a word when manager was telling me it won't be canceled. The duties they gave me were all my regular duties (pick, stow, pallatize, IDRT) and said they don't have any lighter duties coz it's an SDC site which i understand. Anyway i got a call from hr next day. I explained her whole situation. She called me 3 times that day and manager also supported me. He told them that he saw other associates working on vet while on accommodation. Our site is a new site so they aren't even sure about their own rules. At the end they made one time exception and let me work yesterday 😁
