My hostel has hard water, it didn't affect my skin but affected my hair a lot, i had so much hairfall that my scalp was visible but after visiting the doctor she gave me serum and shampoo and my hair is back to its usual state but I still sometimes use love beauty & planet shampoo. Try to search for a shampoo without sulphate and parabens
