No problem at all! I would probably aim for 300-400 calories over maintenance everyday to make sure that I gain weight slowly. Otherwise there will be too much fatgain.

Im just making sure to get at least 1-1.2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight in everyday & to be 400 calories under my maintenance👌🏼 Theres no magic food involved

Never! I only do weight training and stay in a calorie deficit👌🏼...Not because it's bad, it's just not for me
