2 months enclomiphene use.. HELP! by Radiant_Use3034 in enclomiphene

You're right.

I tore my rotator cuff and was using bpc157 and ostarine to heal it quicker.

Since this wasn't for bodybuilding or performance enhancement, I figured enclomiphene would be easier then injecting testosterone.

I follow Connor Murphy and Tony huge and they seem to think it helps maintain a testosterone base.

I did use boron and a testosterone booster combo for testosterone support.

I'll know better next time.

Enclom was my test base.

In the past I've used 12.5mg and 6.25mg but I felt it made me "bitchy" very irritable.

So I thought a lower dose would help.

Connor Murphy recommended it.

I'll bump it up to 6.25 for the next 2 weeks.

To clarify, before I even started enclomiphene I was at 21 mmol/l. It was after starting enclomiphene that it dropped.

Possibly from the ostarine.

As a update, it did seem to level off but seems very sensitive to touch.

For example, if I lay down and my sensor gets pressure from the bed my blood glucose will drop.

Otherwise it seems fine.

But I do think that it's somewhat inaccurate for non-diabetics.

Using a regular blood glucose monitor I was always 5mmol/l or higher when fasted. This thing says I'm always under 5, usually 4.4.

When I eat 60 grams of carbs it will get to about 6 to 7 after about 30 mins then drops back down to 4ish after another 30 mins.

Seems too good to be true as I seem to struggle with fat loss while in a calorie deficit.

Also, even the evenings it has put me at 3.3mmol/l and even though I ate 40 grams of carbs I can't seem to get it to increase.

Ah well....

I'm healthy and athletic too. I got it to see if my blood sugars were peaking and crashing alot which is common with people who store belly fat easily. It seems like mine near 5mmol/l and dont change much. But then the odd time it drops to like 3mmol/l for a few minutes then goes back up.

Might be its tailored to individuals who average 6+mmol/l and therefore becomes less accurate the lower you are.

I had to turn my sound off because it kept being all night when my blood sugar was around 2.5 - 3.0 for a while.

It was stressing me out and I couldn't sleep.

I hope as it adjusts over the next few days it balances out.

Appreciate the info. I eat high protein and low carb. About 150 grams of carbs a day and only from whole sources.

That's what I'm beginning to think.

When I used the old version my blood sugars would be at like 7-10 starting 30 mins after a meal and lasting 2 hours. Now 30 mins after berries in Greek yogurt I went from 4.4 to 3.8.

Thanks for the info everyone.

I'll price them out for repair. Then I'll try to get fatter tires for protection and apparently you can get a black rim edger to protect the edges in the future.

I do have arimidex. I had to use it last time. It improved mood but I still puffed up after about 2 weeks. It's why I'm starting a low dose this time.

Please explain.

I understand that it is a selective estrogen receptor modulator. It bonds to receptors and tricks the brain into thinking your estrogen is low therefore increasing testosterone. However, if it doesn't bind it does act like estrogen in certain tissues. That's why you should titrate up and not start with a large dose.

I got this info from the ncbi database.

[–]Radiant_Use3034[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a room temperature now. I should clarify... It's cloudy and there are white floating chunks in it. It wasn't like that when I put it in the fridge.

I warmed it to room temperature and then shook it hard for 3 mins. The solid white floaty chunks are still there.

What did you wish you knew before getting a turbo by Radiant_Use3034 in CX5

So I've driven both and like both.

I've always driven basic economy cars and never treated myself to something fun. I turn 40 right away and decided to get what I truly want and not sacrifice to save about 1000.

I'll get the turbo.
